Initially, the device we received should not have been delivered, which understandably caused some inconvenience. However, after reaching out and going through a few conversations with their team, the Managing Director, Zack, personally stepped in to resolve the issue. Zack went above and beyond—he arranged to meet us in person and provided a brand-new replacement unit. Not only that, but as a genuine gesture of apology, he also included an additional plug-in unit along with a scent. What really stood out was the time he took to personally walk us through how to use the devices, ensuring we were completely comfortable and satisfied. The scents themselves are absolutely amazing—high quality, long-lasting, and really transform the space. We've been so impressed that we've already recommended Aroma Trick to others. It’s rare to see this level of accountability and dedication from a company, let alone from a managing director. While the initial hiccup wasn’t ideal, the way it was handled speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. We’ve had a great experience with Aroma Trick from start to finish. They’ve helped kit out both our gym floor and Reformer Pilates studio with scent devices and the difference it’s made to the overall feel of the space is noticeable straight away — clean, premium and consistent without being overpowering. Fab product, fab service - would highly recommend! I use the business device in my studio and it makes for a memorable experience. The scents are lovely and there is a huge variety to choose from. Once the device is set up it works automatically on a set timer so I never need to worry about doing anything which is great. The products are of a high quality and the team are very attentive and always helpful.
